When will my order be picked up by the courier?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) will be picked up on the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be picked up on the next business day.

How long does order handling take?

Our handling time is 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). This allows us to check, pack, and prepare your tattoo supplies and aftercare products carefully for shipment.

How long will delivery take?

Transit time is typically 1–4 business days, depending on your location within New Zealand.
The total delivery time (handling + transit) is approximately 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How are items classified for shipping?

Standard: All tattoo aftercare, needles, inks, and small studio consumables.
Large: Heavy studio equipment, furniture, and bulk orders of liquids/solutions.

Orders $100.00 and over Shipping Fee is FREE
Orders under $100.00 Shipping Fee is $6.00

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address once we book the courier service.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Your order will be shipped via one of the following reliable couriers: NZ Post, Post Haste, Castle Parcels, NZ Couriers, or Aramex.

Will a signature be required upon delivery of my order?

For security and to ensure your supplies arrive safely, signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders where a phone number is provided.

What happens if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

The courier will leave a “Card to Call” with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up. You can easily manage this online via the courier’s website.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No. Our courier partners do not support deliveries to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
